But rest assured with our 90-day Dr.'s Redo policy: If your doctor changes your Rx within 90 days, Austin Eye Studio will make a one-time remake of your lenses at no additional cost to you.
We honor the one year manufacturer's frame warranty, so please let us know if you notice any defects or issues with the product. If you happen to sit on them and they bend, we will do our best to adjust them at no cost to you. And if they accidentally end up under a tire or Rex uses them for a fetch toy, we will work with you to find the cheapest solution to getting your frames back in working order.
